2. Using our store

By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Our products

Our tooth gems, grillz and accessories are fashion and cosmetic items. They are not medical or dental products and are not a substitute for professional dental care. We recommend checking with a dentist or trained technician before applying tooth gems or wearing grillz, and following the instructions on each product page. Remove grillz before eating and sleeping, and stop using any product that causes discomfort or irritation. Our products are not suitable for children.

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colors can look slightly different depending on your screen, and sizes are approximate.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the store, and shipping is free. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may change our prices at any time, but you always pay the price shown when you placed your order. Payments are processed securely at checkout by Shopify and our payment providers.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy our products. The agreement between us is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available or there's an obvious pricing error. If that happens, we'll refund you in full.

7. Returns and refunds

Your right of withdrawal and how returns work are explained in our Refund Policy.

8. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by using our products in a way that goes against their instructions, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Content

The content in our store, including text, images and design, is owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

10. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it together.
